George Marling is a Senior Geotechnical Engineer at OWC, a specialist renewables engineering consultancy, where he has undertaken a leading role supporting offshore windfarm developers in the U.S., Europe and Asia. George has spent the last three years working in APAC as Geoscience Package Manager for various offshore windfarm projects including Formosa 3 (Taiwan) and Anma-Do (S. Korea). George brings this deep experience now as Geoscience Lead for the Americas, based in New York.
Samantha Mullin is a Design and Implementation lead within RWE’s Offshore Operations group. Samantha builds relationships with local suppliers and logistics professionals and drives workforce development in support of RWE’s mission to be at the forefront of the energy transition. She has demonstrated this in her role supporting Community Offshore Wind (a JV between RWE and NGV) and through her engagement with industry groups like the Business Network for Offshore Wind.
Kathryn Rovang, a Global Product Owner at Fugro, combines a passion for Geo-data with a knack for communication, creating digital tools that deliver on the triple bottom line of people, planet, and profit. Her work prioritizes collaboration and transparency to support early and informed decision-making among project teams; permitting approval by regulatory agencies; and consensus-building across stakeholder groups. A practical visionary, Kathryn thinks big and produces big results.
Aaron Stoffers, Head of Project Management of Jaeger Maritime Solutions, is nominated for his outstanding achievements. With its engineering-driven mindset and an innovative spirit, this German company provides products and services for the offshore wind industry. Five years ago, Aaron Stoffers changed his field from automotive to offshore wind. Due to his superior engineering knowledge and his remarkable foresight and reliability, he led the newly founded company through all innovative, challenging, and risky phases to success.
