Nominees can apply through an online platform starting June 7, 2023. Nominations will be accepted through September 6, 2023. Self-nominations are welcome. Entering more than one category is allowed. Use the template as a guideline, but additional pages are allowed. For example, when submitting a 700-word description or visual images, it can flow across multiple pages.
