Marion Hill is committed to the purpose of accelerating the transition to a carbon neutral economy to address climate change and positively impact society and the planet. She leads diverse, technical, and commercial teams to exceed business objectives, and has demonstrated the ability to lead teams through change, industry transformation and digitalization. With twenty years’ experience in the renewable industry, she has been part of an energy start-up, developed and grown profitable business units, turned around businesses, spearheaded digital transformation, and undertook substantial change management. Her expertise lies in the fields of inclusive management, digital transformation, project management, project financing, and project development. She currently serves on the board of Eocycle, a small wind turbine manufacturer. She also serves on the advisory board of a manufacturer of obstruction lights. She served on the Canadian Wind Energy Association board of directors 2018 – 2020.
