Workshop: A Review of Facility Design / Fabrication & Installation Reports for Offshore Wind Facilities

Marilyn Sauls graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from Tulane University. She worked in the offshore oil and gas industry as a design engineer and was the project lead on various projects in the Gulf of Mexico, California, Brazil, and the Netherlands. She joined the Department of the Interior’s (DOI) Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) in 2016 and worked as a Civil/Structural Engineer and Section Chief in the Office of Structural and Technical Support. Marilyn joined DOI’s Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) in June 2022 as Branch Chief of the Engineering & Technical Review Branch (ETRB) in the Office of Renewable Energy Programs.
