Heather Cousson

Workshop: Women on the Water: Strategies to Overcome Gender-Based Challenges

Heather Cousson is the G&G Lead for SouthCoast Wind Energy LLC (formally Mayflower Wind), a joint venture between Ocean Winds North America (OW) and Shell Renewables Energy Solutions. She worked offshore for several years on a wide variety of surveys for an international surveying and mapping company and has over fifteen years of experience working as a project manager, managing offshore surveys, including the last four years managing geophysical and geotechnical surveys for SouthCoast Wind. Heather is an active leader in Society for Underwater Technology (SUT) working groups, including SUT Women in Industry.
