Biography

Speaking Role at IPF: What’s New & Spinning

Grant T. (“G.T.”) Hollett is the Dominion Project Director for Offshore Wind. He oversaw the Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind (CVOW) 12MW pilot project development and construction and is responsible for the development, permitting and stakeholder engagement for the 2.6GW commercial project.

Hollett joined Dominion in 2007 with early roles in the Nuclear Business Unit and Generation Business Development. He was Manager of Engineering for the Cove Point LNG Liquefaction Project with responsibility for permitting and design, after which he was promoted to Director – Midstream with asset management responsibilities for the conventional gathering & processing business and as a company representative to the Blue Racer Joint Venture.

Prior to joining Dominion, Hollett worked at General Electric Power Systems and Brunswick Corporation with roles in Six Sigma, Product Line Management, Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Planning and Materials & Production Control.

At the start of his professional career G.T. served in the U.S. Navy as Surface Warfare Officer. He is also a graduate of the U.S. Navy’s Nuclear Power School. While on active duty G.T. served on both the USS Gettysburg (CG‐64) and the USS Harry S Truman (CVN‐75), which he built in the Newport News Shipyard and took through sea trials.

Hollett holds a BSE in Mechanical Engineering and Material Science from Duke University and an MBA from Duke’s Fuqua School of Business
