Eagle Wu is the CEO and Founder of VinciVR, a minority-owned small business aiming to democratize access to training and information via affordable Virtual Reality technologies. Since starting Vinci, he has led his team to develop VR training that has passed Global Wind Organization audits and has certified local union workers to work on US Offshore Wind Projects. In 2022, he received support from the Department of Energy and Massachusetts Clean Energy Center to develop VR experiences to educate the general public about offshore wind and encourage people to join the workforce. He is a finalist for the 2022 Ventus Next Gen leadership award. Eagle graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Babson College.
