Biography

Workshop: Offshore Wind and Green Hydrogen Production: Alternatives for Maximum Energy Offtake

Dr. Margarita Patria is a Principal at Charles River Associates (CRA) International and Adjunct Professor at Northeastern University. The focus of her work and research is applied market design in energy space, bidder strategy, and energy market analysis. Most recently, Dr. Patria has served as Auction Manager for CRA clients on a wide range of projects. Dr. Patria is currently leading successful energy and renewable procurement in multiple states and is responsible for energy analysis and forecast tasks. She advised bidders in multiple Federal Communications Commission (FCC) spectrum auctions. Dr. Patria received her Ph.D. in Economics from Boston College. She is currently teaching a course in Economics of Energy Markets at Northeastern University. She is an author of several academic papers.
