Biography

Workshop: Building a Supply Chain for Offshore Wind in the U.S.

Charlotte McAfee is the Director for Construction Projects within Dominion Energy’s Construction Projects organization. She has primary responsibility for the construction of the first Jones Act-compliant wind turbine installation vessel, Charybdis, and the development and execution of crew and vessel management strategies, representing the interests of vessel owner Blue Ocean Energy Marine, LLC during contract and time charter negotiations. In addition, she has responsibility for overseeing the closeout- and restoration-permitting and construction activities for the 600-mile Atlantic Coast Pipeline footprint across West Virginia, Virginia and North Carolina. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the College of William and Mary and a law degree from Washington and Lee University.
