Workshop: The Benefits of Repurposing Contaminated Properties for Offshore Wind Port Facilities

Pat Kinsman is Vice President for Offshore Wind Development at the Port of Virginia and started this assignment in January 2022. Pat completed a twenty-eight-year military career with his final assignment as the 59th Commander of the Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, where he oversaw the district’s civil works, military construction, regulatory, and emergency operations missions. His prior military assignments were an absolute adventure and took him around the world, including an assignment to Hawaii, three assignments in Europe, and deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq.
