Yes! You can fund your Global Gateway delegation trip through a grant from the State Trade Expansion Program (STEP). This program from the U.S. Small Business Association assists small U.S. businesses with the large up-front costs associated with expansion into international markets. STEP offers grants that may help fund your participation in the Global Gateway delegation trips. For a full list of states that participate in this program and what is included, click here.
We recommend you stay with the delegation group throughout the tour dates for logistical convenience as well to benefit from the discounted lodging rates and ensure your comfort and safety.
Once you have registered for the delegation trip, you will be sent a link to book your room.
The U.S. Offshore Wind Pavilion is a large booth in a central location on the exhibit hall floor. It will include your company logo on the booth graphics with a QR code where attendees can learn more about you. We also provide literature racks where you can place marketing materials. Counter booths are available on a first come basis for an additional fee.
To make the most of your conference experience, we encourage you to bring business cards for individual meetings, booth meet-and-greets and networking events as well as marketing materials for the booth. The Network will provide business card holders for all delegates. (NOTE: no pop-up banners are allowed.) We will provide you with a guide on how to make your time at the conference and booth most valuable.
Please arrive prior to the welcome reception for the trip. We recommend you arrive early to get acclimated before the program begins. You can depart following the final dinner on the last day of the trip.

Yes, The Network takes special effort to curate an agenda with key site visits, meetings, and invitation-only receptions to meet delegates needs. If you are unable to attend a portion of the delegation, please let us know as soon as possible.
The Network team will set up one-on-one calls with each delegate to go over expectations, what you want to get out of the trip, and any questions. Prior to departure, we organize a check-in call with all delegates to discuss the itinerary, things to know before you go, and how to prepare for the trip and conference. We also provide you with a briefing book prior to departure that includes bios, addresses, daily agendas, as well as emergency information.
