Teresa Melfi

Workshop: Modern Manufacturing: Using New Technologies to Reduce Offshore Wind Construction Costs

Teresa Melfi is a Technical Fellow in the Research and Development Department of Lincoln Electric. She has worked in material development, measurement systems, welding applications and failure analysis. Currently, she applies this experience to standardization activities in many national and international organizations. Teresa was recently inducted as a Counselor of the American Welding Society and as a Fellow of the International Institute of Welding.
