Stephanie Milne has over twenty years of global experience implementing and managing marine environmental programs for regulatory agencies and stakeholders, most recently leading RPS’ US offshore renewables team. Stephanie has a broad knowledge of marine environmental regulation, permitting, and mitigation for offshore activities with expertise in protected species monitoring and mitigation across a project life cycle. She uses her expertise in acoustic impacts on marine protected species related to energy industry activities to advise the expanding offshore wind industry, bringing her knowledge of lessons from other regions and industries
