Sam Eaton

Speaking Role at IPF: Plenary

Mr. Eaton is responsible for leading RWE’s Offshore Wind activities in the U.S. including RWE’s offshore wind projects in New York Bight and California. Mr. Eaton has spent nearly two decades in the energy industry in a broad array of positions ranging from strategic and management consulting, mergers and acquisitions, project development, and corporate relations. Most recently, Mr. Eaton was employed by Eversource Energy in corporate strategy and corporate relations where he was responsible for leading the development of an electric vehicle charging network and energy storage facilities, completing the acquisition of an interest in the Deepwater Wind offshore wind portfolio, and supporting the development of multiple offshore wind projects in New England and New York. Mr. Eaton has led or supported more than $12 billions of mergers and acquisitions during his career. Mr. Eaton graduated with honors from Brandeis University in Waltham, MA.
