Russell Titmuss has a total of over thirty years of design and project management experience gained in the USA, U.K. and Bermuda. He specializes in waterfront and coastal projects with an emphasis on structural engineering. His project experience has included project management, planning and design of piers and wharves, industrial and commercial waterfront facilities, small boat facilities including marinas, boat ramps and docking facilities, passenger ferry berthing and loading facilities, pile supported structures, bulkheads and shore protection. Additional experience includes the design of dredging projects and the design of aluminum ramping systems to meet ADA requirements.
