Workshop: O&M Collaboration and Synergies Across Projects: How to Secure Robustness in the Early Years

Mary Coyne has worked in or around the water for her entire career. Currently, she serves as a Commercial Leader for GE Renewable Energy’s Offshore team, focusing on developing service agreements in the United States. She began her career with GE through the Junior Officer Leadership Program (JOLP), where she executed multiple roles across the renewable business. Her previous roles include Onshore Field Services Operations Manager, Root Cause Analysis Team Leader, and Services Product Line Operations Manager. Prior to GE, Mary was a nuclear submarine officer in the United States Navy, and was stationed in Bangor, WA onboard USS MAINE (SSBN 741). Her subsea technical experience and mission drive have been instrumental in understanding the operational risks in offshore wind, although she very happy these are concentrated above water these days. Mary holds a Master’s Degree in International Business and Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame. She is based in Saratoga Springs, NY.
