Maeve Bartlett is Senior Counsel in the Office of the General Counsel. Maeve Bartlett has more than 25 years of experience developing and implementing energy and environmental laws and policies in both the administrative and legislative arenas. She has worked for both federal and state government, and within transportation, energy, and environment agencies. Maeve served as the Secretary and General Counsel for Energy and Environmental Affairs for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  She also worked as a senior enforcement counsel for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency the Massachusetts State Senate.  Most recently, Maeve was the Director of Strategic Planning and Offshore Wind Development Lead for AECOM in the United States.
