Elizabeth (Liz) Tarquin, PMP, is a business strategist with nearly thirty years of experience delivering scientific and technical solutions for government, industry, and NGOs in the US and abroad. For the last decade she has focused on marine, ocean, and climate issues, working with NOAA, USACE, and other agencies to tackle data acquisition, governance, technology transfer, regulatory compliance, and other challenges. Liz’s experience also includes advising on electronic monitoring and reporting technologies and overseeing fisheries and protected species observers in the Pacific region and deep sea and near shore surveys for NOAA Fisheries and National Marine Sanctuaries along both coasts.
