Lexi Reynolds joins Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind from Exelon, where she worked as a project manager for several substation and high-voltage transmission line rebuilds. Lexi was responsible for the oversight of the scope, schedule, budget, and safety of a vast project portfolio in Exelon’s Atlantic City Electric and Philadelphia Electric Company territories. Lexi also started Pride Employee Resource Groups at two out of the six operating companies within Exelon, providing employees with educational and community engagement opportunities while championing equality, inclusion, and compassion for the LGBTQ+ community. At Atlantic Shores, she founded and leads a similar internal DEI Team. When not leading these efforts, she is involved in many aspects of development, including leading outreach and development efforts in Atlantic County, interconnection implementation, land acquisition, and supporting external affairs initiatives.
