Workshop: Unlocking Supply Chain Potential: Proven Strategies to Hiring a Qualified and Diverse Workforce

As GE Offshore Wind’s Marketing Leader for the US, Kelsey coordinates with key stakeholders to develop and report market-specific insights for North America to support decision-making across the offshore wind organization. Kelsey joined GE in January 2020 and is a graduate of GE’s rotation-based Junior Officer Leadership Program (JOLP) which is a program for Veteran military officers. This multi-year program is designed to build knowledge and industry/leadership experience through a combination of coursework and hands-on training. In addition to her work, Kelsey has also developed an offshore wind workforce development and training program in New York. This program exists to serve community members of all ages and will give historically under-served communities exposure, education, training, and priority to opportunities in the emerging Offshore Wind Industry. Prior to GE, Kelsey was a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy for five years and was stationed in San Diego, Ca. She holds a Bachelor of Science in English from the United States Naval Academy. Kelsey and her husband Drew live in Niskayuna, NY with their son, Micah, and their two dogs Zoe and Molly.
