Joshua is an energy industry professional, with a strong leadership track record, focused on business operations, strategic planning, and business development. Joshua has led multidisciplinary teams, in both a direct and functional management capacity, in the renewable energy and grid infrastructure sectors. Joshua has over 15 years of industry experience driving revenue growth for new-to-market technology companies as well as more established corporations looking to grow their business within various energy markets. As Vice President, Head of Offshore Development for Invenergy, Joshua is leading the offshore wind market entry effort for the United States’ largest privately held IPP. Prior to Invenergy Joshua held the position of Head of Department, Power System Planning, for the North American business unit of DNV GL, leading a team of high-performing generation, transmission and distribution experts addressing the needs of the transformative energy delivery market. Joshua has a long history working in the offshore wind industry developing a robust pipeline of projects, commercializing a new-to-market offshore wind technology, and securing several multi-million-dollar private placement investments and public technology development grants.
