Workshop: Safety Management Systems for Offshore Wind Developments

Jeff Stewart joined the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) Renewable Energy Team in September 2022. He worked previously in BSEE’s Safety and Environmental Management System Section starting in May 2021. Prior to joining BSEE, he worked for a drilling contractor for fifteen years, including developing and leading their Safety and Environmental Management System (SEMS) program based on BSEE’s regulations for seven years. He also served on submarines in the U.S. Navy.
