Biography

Workshop: Multiterminal HVDC for Offshore Transmission: Is it Ready for the U.S. Energy Grid?

Hannah Taylor is a Technology Manager in the Wind Energy Technologies Office at the Department of Energy (DOE). Her work focuses on power electronics, specifically HVDC converters, and cybersecurity. Prior to joining DOE, she held multiple roles at Northrop Grumman in engineering, operations, and program management in support of the radar system for the F16 fighter jet. She has a BS in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MS in Engineering Management from Johns Hopkins University.
