Workshop: Fisheries Compensatory Mitigation: Update and Status of a Regional Fund for the US Atlantic Coast
Geri Edens has thirty years’ experience practicing administrative law and permitting major infrastructure projects through federal permitting processes, government regulations, and litigation. She has worked in the offshore wind industry since 2004 guiding the first proposed US offshore wind project (Cape Wind) through all federal approvals and successfully defending against numerous claims in litigation. Prior to joining Vineyard Offshore, Geri was a partner at major international law firms in Washington, DC. In addition to her work in offshore wind, she has advised on the development of numerous renewable energy projects, offshore oil and gas production facilities, and other major infrastructure projects.
