Drew Burke is currently the leader of teams prospecting and advancing new offshore wind market region opportunities across North America. Since 2018, he has been instrumental to Shell’s Offshore Wind US market entry positions in leading multiple offshore wind lease appraisals, auction strategy, acquisitions, and formation of other wind value chain opportunities (SouthCoast, Atlantic Shores, Atlantic Shores Bight, Mid-Atlantic Offshore Development – TransCo Venture and others).  
 
Drew is a key subject matter thought partner in industry advocacy related coordinated transmission policy, financing, and power market design. He brings a well-rounded over twenty-year seasoned commercial experience (seventeen years of which with Shell) working across multiple businesses (onshore renewable generation solar/wind, retail fuels, oil/petrochem refining) in influencing investment decision making, 3rd party contract deal making, valuation/structuring and renewable generation portfolio asset management leadership of operating renewable projects across all ISO/RTO regions. Drew is also a combat war veteran having served in the US Army leading men and women in wartime missions overseas in Iraq. West Point Graduate & San Francisco State MBA professional.
