Daniel Broderick

Workshop: A Review of Facility Design / Fabrication & Installation Reports for Offshore Wind Facilities

Daniel Broderick is Senior Project Certification Specialist at Ørsted Americas. In this role, Daniel is responsible for project certification of Ørsted’s Southfork and Ocean Wind 1 projects.

Daniel has been advancing the state of the art in renewables for over fifteen years. Prior to joining Ørsted, Daniel developed and deployed a 1.5MW tidal turbine for a large US OEM. In a previous role, Daniel served as US Engineering Senior Manager for a wind turbine OEM where he provided technology leadership for turbine product development, turbine sales, and industrial operations.

Daniel holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in mechanical engineering, both from Cornell University. He resides in Philadelphia, PA, with his wife and two children.
