At Equinor US Carrie leads transmission strategy and policy. Prior to joining Equinor Carrie served as inaugural President of the National Offshore Wind R&D Consortium fore three years. Before NOWRDC she held several roles at NextEra including President, New Hampshire Transmission and as a market development director for NextEra Resources. Carrie has held leadership positions at Solar Energy Industry Association and Constellation/New Energy Ventures. Earlier in her career she worked at Harvard University and the Massachusetts Legislature. Carrie is a graduate of Clark University (BA) and Johns Hopkins SAIS (MA). She is also internal lead for Equinor’s Offshore Innovation Hub located at South Brooklyn Marine Terminal
