Workshop: Maintaining Compliance During the Construction Phase of an Offshore Wind Farm

Carl Kaiser received a doctorate in mechanical engineering/robotics from Colorado State University in 2009. He spent more than a decade at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution designing, building and operating autonomous undersea vehicles. He then spent a year and a half as an engineer for Navsea working on autonomous vehicles and AI projects. He is now the program manager for acoustics and undersea for Saildrone.
