Brittiny Bennett is responsible for providing marine environmental services and managing protected species monitoring and mitigation programs for the renewable energy industry, marine construction industry, and other organizations worldwide. She has extensive experience with protected species monitoring technologies, supporting visual observation, aerial observation, passive acoustic monitoring, infrared scanning, and night vision monitoring. She has a background in data management and in compiling protected species monitoring and mitigation reports for various government agencies. She has contributed to Bureau of Ocean Energy Management PSO data studies and strike avoidance modeling research. She also instructs Protected Species Observer training courses and assists in the instruction of passive acoustic monitoring courses.
