Workshop: UXO Risk Reduction Strategies for Each Step in the ALARP Process
Andrew Elvin OBE joined EODEX US as President, bringing a unique level of knowledge from 35 years as a Royal Navy Warfare Officer specializing in mine warfare, diving and explosive ordnance disposal. He served a third of his career embedded with various US Navy Commands. Dealing with all forms of military ordinance during conflict and cleanup, he has amassed a wealth of experience, operating with multi-national commercial, military and industrial organizations all over the world.
Now a U.S. citizen, he lives with his family in Rhode Island and enjoys light engineering, destructive gardening, sailing, and volunteer diving at the Rhode Island Marine Archeology Project.
