Or, when the project involves diverse and/or geographically dispersed business partners, with different norms, cultures, regulatory environments, and thus, very different expectations? The key to success is using globally recognized project management principles and processes.
This workshop will introduce a common language and toolkit, covering every stage and aspect of managing a project: from planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities, to managing project risk, ensuring effective and efficient communications, driving win-win negotiations, and ensuring the right project decisions are made with the right information, at the right time.
