The 2023 U.S. Offshore Wind Workforce Summit will be held in conjunction with the Business Network for Offshore Wind’s 2023 International Offshore Wind Partnering Forum. The goal of this participatory summit is to foster partnership, collaboration, and new programs to address offshore wind industry workforce needs. The Summit will include an overview and discussion of the U.S. Offshore Wind Workforce Assessment, published by the National Renewable Energy Lab. The Summit will also highlight challenges and propose ideas and solutions as we work to grow the workforce to meet current and future needs.
