The 2022 International Offshore Wind Partnering Forum (IPF) is being held April 26-28, 2022 at the Atlantic City Convention Center in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Please note that while the official dates of 2022 IPF are April 26-28, there are several pre-conference events sponsored by different organizations. Please check the schedule for details.

Attendee refunds will be processed on a sliding scale according to how close to the event cancelation is requested as illustrated in the table below.  Cancellation refund is calculated based on the date we receive your request at ipfregistration@mcievents.com.

45 Days or more prior to the Event
(1/26-3/11) 100% Refund plus a 15% service fee. 

44 Days or less prior to the Event 
(3/12-4/11) 50% Refund plus a 15% service fee.

Two weeks or less prior to the Event 
(4/11-4/24) No refund 

The Network shall consider issuing a full refund, to any member or non-member attendee who tests positive for COVID-19 within 48 hours of the event and provides documentation of such positive test.

Yes! WindMatch appointments for IPF attendees are now open! WindMatch helps jumpstart your meeting planning and connect with one another via your preferred virtual platform.  At IPF, WindMatch will operate every hour on the hour.

Parking at the Convention Center is a flat rate of $20.00. Parking at The Sheraton:
• On-site parking, fee: 17 USD daily
• Valet parking, fee: 30 USD daily
• Valet parking is currently open on weekends only (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

All guests must pay for registration to attend 2022 IPF.

You will need to log back into your IPF registration. Go to the registration page, where you will see the option to log-in at the top right of the registration page. Use your email address and registration confirmation number to log-in. From there, you will be able to modify your registration.

You can submit a substitution by emailing ipfregistration@mcievents.com or logging back into your IPF registration account using your email address and confirmation number, then modifying the registration.

In general, everyone must pay to attend IPF. All requests for comps/discounts must be approved. Once approved, a special discount code will be provided to the individual. Please contact Lori@offshorewindus.org with this type of request.

All paid exhibitors will receive a discount code from our exhibition team to redeem their free registration/s.

10X10 exhibit booth holders receive 1 free registration and will pay for all other registrations. If you purchase a 10×20 booth then you receive 2 free passes. The passes increase incrementally in this manner.

Yes. All attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors must show proof of vaccination, or a negative COVID-19 test (PCR tests only; we will not accept home tests) 48 hours prior to the event (electronic proof is acceptable). Accepted proof of vaccination includes a physical vaccination card, a picture of your vaccination card, or a digital vaccination card. PCR tests are offered locally at the Philadelphia Airport or Chai Urgent Care in Atlantic City. 

COVID-19 tests at Chai Urgent Care are $75. The schedule for Chai Urgent Care:

– Sunday, 12:00 – 6:00 p.m.
– Monday, 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
– Tuesday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
– Wednesday, 2:30 – 7:00 p.m.
